Paving and patio construction in Heinsberg
Driveways, paths, yards and patios are built here from the first cut of the excavator to the last joint. One contractor, one considered build up, one surface that holds.

Services
What we take on for your outdoor surface
Seven trades that meet on the same surface. You do not have to split them between several firms.
-
Paving
Driveways, paths, yards and other paved outdoor areas. We take on the complete build up including excavation, sub base, drainage and expert laying of the paving.
-
Patio construction
Individual patios in concrete slabs, ceramic slabs or natural stone. From preparing the ground to laying the surface, all the work comes from one hand.
-
Excavation
Digging out, removing soil, adjusting levels and building load bearing sub bases. Placing the individual layers under paving and patio surfaces belongs to this as well.
-
Drainage and rainwater
We set drainage channels, lay pipework and build solutions for controlled infiltration and discharge of rainwater, for example through soakaway crates.
-
New gardens and redesign
Existing gardens redesigned or complete outdoor areas created: preparing the ground, new paths and surfaces and a design that follows your ideas.
-
Lawn and turf
Areas prepared properly for a new lawn and turf laid correctly, including soil removal, topsoil and fine grading.
-
Fencing
Installation of fence systems, in particular double wire mesh fences with matching privacy inserts. From setting the posts to the finished assembly.
Build up
A surface is whatever lies beneath it
What you see later is the thinnest layer of them all. Whether a surface is still level in ten years is decided underneath.
-
Excavation
The ground is dug out to the depth required so there is room for every layer under the finished surface.
-
Formation level
The base is graded and compacted. This is where the fall is created that will later carry the water away.
-
Base course
The sub base carries the load. It is placed and compacted in layers so the surface does not settle.
-
Laying course
A thin, even layer that the paving is set into. It levels out, it is not meant to carry.
-
Paving
Stone by stone in the chosen bond, with clean junctions at kerb, channel and building.
-
Joints and edges
The joints are filled, the kerbs are set, the surface is vibrated. Only then is the interlock closed.

Every surface gets the build up its use demands. A garden patio carries different loads than a driveway you park on.

A visit to the site is the honest way to a quote you can rely on. Access, levels and ground conditions only show themselves on the surface itself.
Material and bond
Stone, format, bond
Which stone fits is decided by the surface itself: how it is used, what surrounds it and what the house already sets out.
-
Concrete block
The classic for driveways and yards. Hard wearing, available in many formats and shades, and easy to repair if damage occurs.
-
Concrete slabs
Calm surfaces with few joints. For patios where furniture stands and chairs are pushed back.
-
Ceramic slabs
A dense surface, laid to a precise edge. Resistant to staining and easy to clean.
-
Natural stone
Every slab is different. Laid polygonally or in a fixed format, with warm colour and a living surface.
Stretcher bond
Rows offset by half a stone. Calm, economical, good for long paths.
Herringbone bond
Interlocked diagonally. The strongest bond for surfaces that carry vehicles.
Basketweave bond
Four stones in a square, turned against each other. A pattern that gives the surface structure.
Stack bond
Continuous joints in both directions. Strict and calm, suited to large formats.
We bring samples to the site and lay the stones out for you. On a screen every surface looks different from how it looks in daylight.

Questions
What clients ask us first
Six answers that take care of most follow up questions.
The complete build up: excavation, sub base, drainage and expert laying of the paving. You need no second firm on the site for it.
Concrete slabs, ceramic slabs and natural stone. From preparing the ground to laying and finishing cleanly, all the work comes from one hand.
Yes. Digging out, removing soil, adjusting levels and building load bearing sub bases are part of our work, as is placing the layers under the surface.
We set drainage channels, lay pipework and build solutions for controlled infiltration, for example through soakaway crates. The fall is created at formation level.
Yes. We install fence systems, in particular double wire mesh fences with matching privacy inserts, from setting the posts to the finished assembly.
That can only be answered honestly after a site visit. Digging depth, build up height, access and material change the calculation considerably. We look at the surface and cost it properly.
